Libertom Network operates institutional settlement infrastructure. This policy describes how we handle personal and corporate data in the context of our services.

We use data to provide and protect the services, meet compliance obligations (KYB, AML, Travel Rule), prevent fraud and satisfy legal and regulatory requirements.

Processing is based on contract performance, compliance with legal/regulatory obligations, and the legitimate interest of security and prevention of unlawful activity.

5. Sharing

We share data only with essential providers (custody, KYB/AML), competent authorities when required by law, and within the Libertom group under adequate safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain data for the period required by applicable law (notably AML obligations) and for as long as necessary for the described purposes.

7. Security

We apply encryption in transit (TLS), deny-by-default access control, key segregation, backups and continuous monitoring.

8. Your rights
